Speaking From the Mask

Workshop Presenter:

Eric Bornstein

Description:

Storytellers in many cultures have utilized masks to give special power and presence in a variety of sacred and secular events. Disguising the personal identity of the teller enables specific characters or archetypal entities to speak more freely. Using masks, we will explore the inspiration of speaking through a mask. Bring objects of personal power as props.
