John Tartaglia is currently appearing on Broadway as Pinocchio, the Magic Mirror, and the Dragon in Shrek the Musical. He made his Broadway debut originating Princeton and Rod in Avenue Q, earning a Tony Award nomination for Best Leading Actor in a Musical. He also starred on Broadway as Lumiere in Disney's Beauty and the Beast.
John is the Executive Producer and Emmy-nominated star of the Disney Channel's "Johnny and the Sprites." He started puppeteering on Sesame Street at the age of 16, one of the youngest puppeteers ever to perform on the show. His other television puppetry credits include "Bear in the Big Blue House," "Jo Jo"s Circus," "Animal Jam," and many more.
