Presented by: Nana Projects

Country of Origin: Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.A.

Description:

Alonzo's Lullaby: Madness, passion and sabotage are intertwined in the newest magic lantern show by Baltimore based Nana Projects. Inspired by the Hagenback-Wallace circus train wreck of 1918, Alonzo's Lullaby is a luminous, richly-hued, shadow puppet play for adults, with original score by singer/songwriter Ellen Cherry. Funded in part by the Jim Henson Foundation.

Danny the Diver: Based on the unpublished 1930’s comic strip by Mary Nohl, the production brings to life the underwater adventures of a scuba diver, a mermaid and the evil Killer Diller. Commissioned by the John Michael Kohler Art Center and set to an original score by Anne Watts & Boister.
