One of the highlights of any Puppet Festival is the exhibit, a room devoted to the display of all types of puppets, props, scenic pieces, posters, programs, photos, and other items connected to the art of puppetry.
If you have a puppet (or two or three) or related item to display, please download or write for some exhibit forms, fill them out (one item per form), and email or snail mail them with a picture of each item to:

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE FORMS?
We have two forms to choose from, a PDF Form that will open on any computer that has Acrobat Reader, or a Word Form that allows you to type the information directly into its page.
Click one of these links:
- Word Form
- Fill out the Word Form by entering the information directly into the gray boxes, using the Tab key to jump one box to the next. When finished, save it, then attach and email to Phillip Huber.
If you have trouble downloading a form, write to Phillip Huber at the above address, tell him how many forms you want, and he will mail them to you.
EXHIBIT SET-UP AND CLOSING:
Please bring all display items with you to the Festival and deliver them to the Exhibit Room on Tuesday. Some display stands will be available for marionettes and hand puppets, but if you have your own stands it would be very helpful to bring them.
All display items must be picked up after the Exhibit closes Saturday afternoon.
WILL MY PUPPETS BE SAFE?
Only the Exhibit staff will handle your display items. The Exhibit room is always monitored by a staff person when open and securely locked during closing hours. Your puppets will be well-protected. However, any insurance will be your responsibility.

WHEN WILL I KNOW IF MY PUPPETS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THE EXHIBIT?
We will let you know as soon as possible, but no later than July 1st.
For additional Information, please contact Phillip Huber, or write to the address above.
