Puppetry in Education and Therapy is an opportunity for puppeteers, therapists, teachers, librarians, and others who work in
educational or therapeutic settings to learn from Master artist-educators/therapists and from one another. It is a chance to work together to identify initiatives and set future directions. There will be presentations by puppeteers, educators, and therapists on successful projects, educational techniques, National and State Standards and research. Certificates of participation for professional credits will be given to all presenters and participants.
The Puppeteers of America is a volunteer organization, and the nine-member Board of Trustees pay their own expenses to travel to two meetings a year. The Traffle idea was conceived several years ago as a way to provide a source of funds that can help a bit to defray some of those expenses. Follow the link to find out more.

A festival favorite every year! The Puppeteers of America Exhibit Hall. For more information, or if you would like to exhibit, follow the link.
The most anticipated event of a National Festival is the Puppetry Store, a store where you browse and buy: puppets, books, materials, t-shirts, tote-bags - just about anything that has something to do with puppetry. Sometimes folks even put an entire collection or show on sale.

We are always looking for volunteers and your help is always greatly appreciated! We are looking for volunteers for:
- Festival Office
- Stage Crews
- Hospitality
If you would like to volunteer for a position or to help us with set up, please contact Greg Ruhe.
